Recruitment rules for studies abroad in Erasmus+ programm
Faculty of Chemistry, Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń
(for academic year 2025/2026)
1. The recruitment is opened from February 3rd to March 14th 2025, if the partner university does
not require the shorter timeframe.
2. The requirements for the candidates include the mobility capital, good experience in the
language in which classes are held at universities and an average grade from studies of 4.0. In
justified cases, the recruitment committee may recruit a student who does not meet this
condition.
3. Priority in the procedure and allocation of places at foreign universities is given to students who
have not previously benefited from the Erasmus+ program and students assisting people
visiting NCU under the Erasmus+ program.
4. The electronic application form from the web page:
https://www.umk.pl/wspolpraca/forms/wniosek-studia-dlugo-i-krotkoterminowe/
should be filled and signed. The form should be delivered to Anna Kaczmarek-Kędziera in
paper or electronic version (teoadk@chem.umk.pl, room 229, block A) prior to an interview.
5. The interview with candidates meeting formal requirements is planned for Friday, March 14 th at
10.00 in the conference room.

Aleksander Smolarkiewicz-Wyczachowski: Erasmus+ internship remarks
Aleksander spent a summer in 2021 in an internship at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Katarzyna Pianka: Erasmus+ remarks
Giorgia Crescitelli, a third-year student of Biomolecular sciences and technologies at the University of Foggia in Italy, spent a summer semester of 2021/2022 academic year at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Torun within the Erasmus+ programme.
In our faculty she accomplished a course in Separation techniques. Moreover, Giorgia ran the research project in the Medicinal Chemistry Research Group under the supervision of dr Marta Ziegler-Borowska.
